All the payments for services availed from the company should be made through following modes:

  • Using payment gateway in the website.
  • NEFT/IMPS/RTGS to company’s account.
  • Account Payee cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft in Favour of “India Trip Hub Travel”.

We do not accept cash payment.

  • Please note:- Company will not be responsible for any payment made in cash or transfer to any individual(s) personal account impersonating as company’s director or part of management.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of package cost
  • 20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of package cost
  • 15 to 7 days before the travel date: 60% of package cost
  • 0 to 7 days before the travel date:: 100% of package Cost
  • For cruises& air tickets booking shall apply as per their cancellation rules.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

  • 30% amount of total cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the booking date.
  • 70% amount of total cost after the all confirmation / holding regarding your booking.
  • 100% payment is required before 7 days of the travel date from the booking date.
